I had an great experience with Chloe & Eddie. They were timely with the communications, providing additional images/videos of the bag and answered all my questions. Shipping was also very fast once payment went through. The bag was authenticated via Entrupy but I also got it authenticated via Real Authentication.

Chloe And Eddie are fantastic. They will be completely straight up with you about what they can and cannot do. This is important when you’re dealing with authenticating luxury goods. If they can’t help you, they will try and refer you to someone who might be able to.

Saw a bag I was really interested in online so I reached out, response was really fast nothing was a problem i requested more photos and asked numerous questions as it was my first time buying a preloved item especially not in person everything was carried out of requestPayment was done via bank Transfer then they showed me the shipment lable to check if everything was correct mine was arranged through dhl, went through details of receiving my good and service was excellent and thorough.Ordered on a Thursday shipped into Sydney by Friday but delivery was dropped off Monday.Packaging was good in a sturdy box, bag itself was clean and came with the original dust bag and an certificate of authentication (entupy)I think room for improvement or consideration would maybe stuffing the bags? Tissues paper or air filled bags will be even better. Maybe a little card from your business will be great too.But all in all thanks very much x
