I purchased a woman’s’ handbag for my sister e few months ago , believing she loved the style. So in the end she did not want that handbag, this is because the bag did not have so many pocket as she wanted to organise all her things in. So immediately I called about my wishes to return the item and on the follow Sunday I went to the gift shop.They refused to give me the money back, I even I mentioned to them my rights under consumer law - If the item is not meet the need of the customers the money must returned to the consumer.Because the shop owner did not want to refund my monies, I was forced to exchange for items I really not want . In the beginning the man tried to deny that this handbag was from his shop – even with a receipt presented.This is the reason that as a customer I am not giving a good review . Other customers should think twice to buy an item from this shop, as if you require money back it is impossible with this shop in Rosebud. BEWARE.
