Bad unqualified and uninformed decisions made. Against the will of clients. Most of them are just unqualified peers and often say things that are detrimental to someone with mental issues. They don’t regard what she says they think they know how she feels better than she does. They don’t realise just a few simple words said without knowing the whole situation can be life threatening to someone with mental illness. Then because she is a unique and complex case they just pass her to the next unqualified person she can’t even get consistent input, they don’t have a chance to get to know her.Every time she is fobbed off into the too hard basket, it returns her to the helpless feeling that they are supposed to help not cause. Just very disappointed at their unprofessional approach and lack of actual help.
