Prompt initial service but no follow up, not returning calls, weeks later still no quote available to fix appliance. Would choose not to deal with this company again.

Very efficient and well run company. They have fixed a number of my appliances as they service warranty repairs for Samsung.They have managed to turn up on extremely short notice but more importantly they were able to provide a 2 hour time window which they managed to keep to and the technician gave me a call 30 mins before he turned up. He also removed his shoes before coming into the house without prompting which earned him major 'brownie points' with my wife. :-)

Totally useless, never calls back even after saying they would multiple times. Basically never have any idea about whats going on when you call them. Took our dishwasher for over a month and wont keep us in the loop or offer a loner. Disgusting service.

Do not use this company they never return your calls. They have had my appliance for months now, apparently waiting for parts but will not answer my calls so I can be updated. Very poor customer service

$88 call out fee plus $44 in labour just to get a quote that is more expensive than a brand new comparable washing machine. Told one thing by the visiting technician and then emailed and quoted completely differently to that. Took 3 days to get a straight answer back via Email on what was actual diagnosis. Overall pseudo-predatory business practice, unprofessional, and a god awful quote (that may have been the actual cost to repair to be fair, if its busted its busted, but $132 sunk just to find that out is very very steep)

Be warned! Never deal with this company! Took 3 weeks to fix my appliance. Waited one week for a quote. Paid $77 security" which I was told would come off the final price

Do not waste your time with this company. They never return phone calls, are noncommittal and when you finally get in touch with them which for us we only achieved communication when we got face to face with them only received lies upon lies. This ended up with the manufacture taking point. This company has no knowledge of customer service.

One star because I can't subtract them. 2 months to get a part. Told me part would definitely be there Wednesday now it's Friday still haven't heard from them. Went and brought another washing machine because I'm over it. I will never buy anything where blue diamond have the contract to fix it.

Have used Blue Diamond on several different occasions for washing machine, fridge, oven and vacuum (yes been a little unlucky) and found them to be polite on time and profesional. Have recommended them to friends and family. Thanks guys jobs well done.

Only number leads to a call centre, which is very unhelpful. Clearly list Sony as a brand that they will repair, but apparently not anymore. Do not recommend
