Very disappointed with the lack of communication skills post putting an offer in on a house. I was told I would be called back from the agent 3 times (over several days)to update me on the situation which never happened so I went to the inspection the following week just to touch base with her, after that she still failed to call me back even after I left phone calls and messages with the office. Terrible for the home owner knowing potential buyers can't even get on to the agent. Wouldnt deal with this agent in the future, and would be reluctant to buy from R&r real estate. Would not sell my home through them either which is unfortunate because this is based on 1 upsetting experience from 1 agent alone.

Considering I didn't know much about the selling process of a property, every step of the way felt comfortable and familiar due to the honest information and support I received throughout my whole experience. Leeza and Kevin have been nothing short of accommodating, beautiful to deal with, as well as meet and exceed a client's expectations. These guys are very unprofessional.Don't go by agents word at all. there attitude changes once you pay initial deposit. they will disappear un till settlement date and they will tell you to collect house keys from letter box.No one will reply back for any queries you may haveWe requested to view property after we paid deposit as we wanted to have second look. they made some or other excuse and after multiple follow-up no one answers your call.I would say avoid these guys they are not worth.I will give negative rating if possible
