Highly Recommended!!!My company van had some work done on it by the main dealer in Cairns and when I picked it up there was a loud knocking noise coming from the suspension when going over minor bumps in the road. The dealer said the mechanic didn't know what was causing the knocking noise. I took the van into Cairns Auto Repairs and they found the problem straight away.Donny is a very personable guy who really knows his stuff.We will be taking all of our vehicles to him in future for service and maintenance.

Went for a small fix (that i thought it was a bigger issue) because my last mechanic didn’t do his job correctly and Donny took extra time to check everything else was done correctly and made sure to take pictures and explain the problem so I could get my money back from them!!Thank you very much!!

BACKPACKER review*I’m a backpacker here from England & Donny was the best mechanic I’ve ever had!Very good work and priced well!Had my breaks, solar system & service done with him, n tightened our bolts on the alternator.He found many issues with the solar we had and fixed all of them to make sure it was fire safe!Also made time for us on a different occasion the same day when we had an emergency n really went the extra mile.Spent lots of time explaining our car & solar to us aswell.Could not recommend this mechanic more!!Best in cairns

Donny is great! We are on a 3 month trip and I needed to get a periodic service on my van. He managed to squeeze me in for its short notice and pointed out some issues which I thought were fixed by VW in Sydney. Yea nah, screw those guys. With his help I’ve sourced the parts I need and will get them sorted at my next stop.Honest and polite, talks to you not at you and isn’t in for a sales pitch. Shame I don’t have him as my mechanic in Sydney.

I would like to thank Donny for helping us out with our car. I discovered my Prado leaking fuel while filling up. Donny fit me in on short notice. The part was not in stock but he made it happen for us. I would highly recommend his service to anyone. He is a true gentleman with great service and awesome communication.

10/10 recommend Donny for solid mechanical work, advice and service. Donny gave our car a full check and discovered items wrong with our car right after purchasing. He advised us on the best course of action, which subsequently led to our repairs being completed by our seller. Donny increased our knowledge on cars, always answered our calls and was kind, respectful and available to guide us through a stressful car purchase.
