Adam, Amy and the team were professional and easy to deal with. Our system installation was quick and the right choice for our house. Highly recommend.

Installed 2 systems that were already 7 years old when installed to a brand new house. Both air intakes are in terrible positions and the ducts the wrong size and position for the rooms. When the motor blew up under warranty they were unresponsive and very unhelpful until I had to threaten to take them to court. When the unit needed to be re-gassed the gas had been discontinued years before they installed the systems. I have had to pay thousands to maintain it and looking to have to pay a small fortune to redo the house due to their mistakes. Not sure how they can still be in business.

I contacted the friendly people at Global Airconditioning & Heating when I was having problems with my A/C system following a power outage. It's coming into winter now so the possibility of being without heating because my A/C unit was on the fritz was not something I was super excited about. But Global Airconditioning & Heating were out here in a jiffy diagnosing the problem and fixing it on the spot. Throughout the process everyone was incredibly responsive, friendly and professional. As I sit here in my now toasty warm living room, with the air-conditioner blowing out warm air, I can honestly say that I could not recommend Global Airconditioning & Heating highly enough.

Adam and the team from Global Airconditioning and Heating replaced our ducted gas heating system with a reverse cycle system. They were highly professional and we now have a superb efficient system of the highest quality. We would highly recommend them for any airconditioning or heating job.

Wow wow wow! Global air conditioning has been a godsend. From inception, to sales to service, these guys have been with us through an enormous renovation we are doing and have gone above and beyond to keep us cool in summer.We went with 2 x Mitsubishi units and an air touch system to be able to zone our bedrooms accordingly. Matt walked us through our home and explained where each vent would typically go and what would make sense for us from a zoning perspective. Even when we veered off for a moment and looked into another supplier because of price, global consistently proved they were the better choice.We went through Brighte for our financing and the whole process was smooth and swift.To be completely honest, I would recommend Global air to everyone looking to upgrade their system, or kit out their new home.Thanks so much team.

Absolutely fantastic service. We have a huge house with three different heating/cooling needs. Adam formulated a clear plan and from the beginning it was clear that he is very knowledgable. Installation went smoothly. They even accommodated around our new baby and her sleep routine and it was also a considerate touch to purchase covers for the cabling that matched our new house colour that has only just begun to be put on the walls. Adam and his team were courteous and efficient the entire time they were at my house completing what was a large job that took three days. Over the weekend, we have noticed a consistently warm house and the units are very quiet. Highly recommend Global to anyone. You won't be disappointed. We just wish we found them earlier.

Adam put in two split systems for us and did a first rate job. We chose him because he didn't try to sell us more than we needed and gave a very competitive quote. We'd definitely use him again.

We first engaged Global 30 years ago on the construction of our new home. The installed Mitsubishi Electric reverse cycle air conditioning system, ducted through the roof space, performed brilliantly until a mouse attack on the outside unit!The next generation of the family and team members running this business did a great job trying to get the old system going again, and then replacing it with the latest, super quiet and super efficient inverter ME technology.Many thanks to the on site team of Finn, Dean, Matt and Adam. We found Global to be exceptional. The service and workmanship is first rate.Our job was very complex, two systems and zoned throughout the house. We discussed low profile vents and they overcame the problems with our house design to make it work.Nothing is too hard for these guys, I thoroughly recommend the Global team!
