Interesting housing world. Worth a visit if you looking to build.

Such a lovely new estate, hoping to call it home one day.

Enjoyed the day looking at a well planned suburb. The land sales office staff extremely friendly.

Nice and new area. Typical small house blocks in town. Close to willows Shopping Centre and schools.

A lot of houses with high end build styles. Worth checking out of planning to build 4 bedroom + house

Beautiful area, was looking at land packages here!

Can't wait to move into our new home in this estate.

The future of housing in Queensland. Solar panels paired with batteries. Solar charges you batteries during the day and you use a combination od battery power and off peak power to keep your power bills down. Many houses here are set up with Tesla Powerwall 2 batteries. People onsite at the display village know all about it.

Since Harris crossing has removed their reviews on their Facebook page after I posted my post I will also post it here.I have been visiting a friend that built in Harris Crossing for 2 years and absolutely l loved the area due to it being well maintained and friendly neighborhood.On purchasing a lot of land myself i began to have issues with a mortgage broker failing to do her job and i kept an open communication with the Maidment, and I kept in the loop. Due to the process becoming drawn out maidment attempted to cancel my contract due to being able to resell the land at an increased price and remove the Tesla deal. I did receive an apologise from the land sales rep. But this has changed my view on Maidment and I would not recommend them.
