Food was fresh & hot. Very generous portions of fish but the family chip serving was definitely on the small side. Service was friendly though & meal was ready relatively quickly

Kids are running the joint not even sure if a manager was around. Quality and serving size of fish and chips are unimpressive and the lemon is not for free.

Unfortunately it’s definitely a hit and miss with what you get. Last order was a big miss and the amount of chips you receive now is ridiculous. Going to try somewhere else. Sorry!

I'd love to say more about this place but I can't...unfortunately...I mean that.....the girl was lovely she was training a young fellow....I paid good money and got barley a handfull of chips....fish was soaked in oil....it's a no for me going back....sorry

While the service was friendly I have to be honest that’s pretty much where the ‘good’ ends. We ordered a selection of things only to find out dim sims, seafood sticks, and there famous pickled onions were all unavailable. While the battered cod was ok the chips were undercooked and what rubbed the chicken salt into the wound was instead of the delicious chicken nuggets known world over we got Dino nuggets! Now don’t get me wrong I like a Dino nugget but paying $10 for 6 of them and undercooked chips was a bit much. Take it from me, I would not recommend. Also for me to post this the SAME day I went here really does mean it’s pretty bad.

Worst fish and chips I have ever had. Fish was dry and the chips were undercooked. Had to wait 30mins for a small order and it was quite expensive.

Cod and chips for lunch at GP Witts - the way fish and chips should be! Light crispy batter over beautifully cooked moist cod, with fat chips done the way you seldom see them these days - cooked to perfection! All of this served with a cheery greeting and friendly smile. Good value too. Ladies, you are masters of your craft! We'll be back. Rod & Shelley Hansen, Maryborough.

Been 3 years since I've been here and after tonight I won't be back. We ordered two 2x (cod-crumbed n chips) $15.40 they came in the one packet and combined the chips so in the picture that's $6 worth of chips.The other picture shows our other order of 3x (battered-red emperor) and 5x potato scallops the fish is $12.10 each the same price as the cod yet half the size.The place is a rip off for Bundy's standards sorry won't be back any time soon best off going to flippers.
