Great real estate agency. Karl helped us navigate the rental application process when we were renting our first house a few years ago. He was extremely professional and helpful, and made the whole process much less stressful then it otherwise would have been.

DIY and reap the BenefitsWe sold our home in St Clair, NSW some years ago using the web services of PropertyNow and have nothing but praise and gratitude for this service. They gave us all the advice and support we needed through the entire process and advertise on all the major websites. Prior to that we interviewed all the local agents and were thoroughly unimpressed with any of them! They were horrified when advised that one option we were exploring was to sell privately without an Agent. Responses were Oh no you cannot do it as you are not professional" (expensive suits and fancy cars?!) and "You will get emotional and would be unable to negotiate the best deal". We did it ourselves

I have always found Karl to be most efficient and helpful. As I am remote from the rental property location, our communication is usually by email and he responds promptly to both the tenants' requirements and to mine, with phone calls if and when required. His explanations of any issues are clear and he acts promptly to rectify any tenant problems, which is very important to me. Monthly returns are also on time and easy to understand. I have been very pleased to have Karl manage my rental property and would recommend him highly.

Couldn't recommend Karl and Josh enough!! Their knowledge of the local area and overall service is absolutely amazing. Any tenant or landlord would be lucky to have these boys as their property management team. Hands down the best agency is Western Sydney!!
