If you want to buy flower, please make sure you go to the normal day, not special occasion like valentine day. I went to this shop on valentine day and the staff try to sell 3 red roses with 60$ or offer me an expire rose!!!Eventually I buy super nice flower, way nicer and bigger compare with this shop in Westfield garden city

Received a flower delivery from here and would not recommend this shop. The flowers were not very fresh and the roses in the bunch were falling to pieces. Very disappointing, as I am sure these were not a cheap bunch. It appear they have used all the old flowers to create the bouquet.Not again.....didn't have the heart to tell my partner that the flowers were terrible last time, so he bought me flowers again from the same place. They were equally as bad, he asked the lady for pink flowers, they are peach instead and again the flowers are old and the arrangement mis matched. He would have done better buying them from Coles.

We were sent an arrangement unexpectedly by family friends over the death of a family member. The flowers were ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL, which saves this from a 1-star review. The customer service was atrocious.The delivery driver repeatedly rang the doorbell, at least 5 or 6 times, in the space of less than 30 seconds (no exaggeration). The bell is the sort that can be CLEARLY HEARD from outside the house, so no excuse is possible of I wasnt sure if it worked." Thankfully it wasn't 10 minutes later when our infant was down for their nap! I called the business to report the driver

lovely fresh flowers! i asked for a specific colour arrangement and it was made within 15 minutes and was spectacular! reasonable price and friendly service. open on a sunday too which is a bonus!

Ordered a flower bouquet on the spot and they wrapped them beautifully. Staffs are friendly and my mum in law was very happy to receive it. Will definitely return for a special occasion.
