I would like to give to huge shout out to the lovely pretty lady with medium-long blond hair who was at the service desk today 14/11/22 at around 12:30-1pm. I asked her to write her name down but I’ve lost her name. Her customer service was absolutely outstanding. She really went above and beyond to help me and left me with a huge smile at the end. If this lady is not in management, she should be. She could teach any staff on how to really leave an outstanding impression of the store and brand. Thank you once again for your amazing work!

Came here looking for a specific item. I had been to another store and they informed me that i could find a few here. True enough, they had some. I bought them.Overall the assistance I received was top quality. I really am happy with the service. The price was also very decent for what I was buying. Definitely will shop here again.10/10

This big w honestly has the worst customer service team I’ve ever seen. There were 3 staff members chatting at the service desk when I asked for help finding a book. They pointed at a shelf where they thought it might be. I went and had a look even though I had already looked there and couldn’t find it. I went back over to the service desk to see if one of them could show me and the lady said “omg it’s right there I can see it from here”. I’m unsure as to why she couldn’t just walk over and show me if she knew exactly where it was. I walked away embarrassed because they made me feel like I was interrupting their conversation. I walked away without the book because I couldn’t find it and they made me feel like I’m not allowed to ask for help. I’m pretty sad about the whole situation :(

It's ok, but it doesn't set my world on fire.If you hunt around enough you can find what you're looking for. But it's really hard to find a staff member to assist you. And if you do find someone, they will point the way, but won't usually take you there, so you can still get lost.Product supply seems to have improved recently so there are fewer empty shelves now too.The registers weren't too busy, but most of them are now self serve. One staff member guards those registers and will pounce on you, should you make a mistake.The clothing products are relatively inexpensive and seem to last long enough.So yeah, it's OK, but not great.

I was looking for some pillow protectors. You could either get a really cheap 5 pack or a very expensive 2 pack. No other options. Place was very clean and tidy.

Not bad in a pinch. but I could not pay $12 for a pair of little reading glasses, when other peeps sell for under $6. The nick nack items, way too expensive. No flat sheets now, they don't sell them you have to buy the whole bed set? (fitted sheet-pillow cases-and flat sheet). So no joy there.Staff are really lovely, always have been.
