The service was usually good to excellent here but last Friday the service was disappointedly very bad. The attitude and the expression (verbally and facially) were rude. If they’re not ready to give customers good service then maybe they shouldn’t have worked on that shift. Wanting to get 2 new pairs on that day but decided not to, all because of the service.

As an Asian, we got racist by an asian staff. The staff changed her face right away after served an oz customer. And she even made a loud noise to put the box on the counter when we were going out the shop. Thanks for giving this bad experience for my cousin who travel to Australia. Not recommend.
