Sylvania BMW Service and Parts Centre
I took my Mini Countryman for a service and pink slip and the engine mount required replacing only 3.5 years after manufacture. Sylvania BMW organised for this expensive work to be carried out under warranty and even though it was just out of warranty. Their communication with me every step of the way was excellent. Thanks very much! Will definitely come back.

Not reliable at all!!! I used to do my service here and my car got a yellow engine oil service light on last month. I called to book a service,and they booked me in two months later. After few days, the light turned into RED and asked me take my car to service partner immediately. I call the centre and check if they can move me to an earlier date, they rejected me on the spots and told me it won't caused any further damage to my car even though the right service light on. They also said if the car in danger it will tell you. Very irresponsible! I asked them who will take responsibility if the car got damage, the receptionist replied with I guess we will" and I ask her if she can send me a confirmation email with this

I bought my BMW hatch from the team at Sylvania BMW and had a great experience and love my car. However I can’t say the same for the team In the service department here. I don’t think the young girls who answer the phones at the service centre know a lot about the car issues, because I once had an issue with my car that needed immediate service - my car was undriveable and they suggested I book in for a few weeks later when it needed to get in urgently through no fault of my own. I demanded to speak to the manager and soon the problem was resolved, luckily, they arranged for my car to be towed immediately. Shocking front desk service. However I now take my car to the BMW service team on the North Shore and it’s excellent! I drive from the shire to the NS just for the servicing, professionalism and friendly staff who go above and beyond and update you at all times!

WORST ever customer service and respect to a family who paidover $100 thousand for a car that makes noises and constantly revs. Got it serviced earlier this year which cost $1000 and the car is still making a bad noise and black smoke comes out of the exhausts. When I advised Bradley he acknowledged that it was bad and as it’s a diesel to take it on a long drive. Called again and demanded another service and was advised by Amber they have no loan cars. I told her I’m a mother of 4 young kids and need a car. Rang again and told the receptionist I want full service and I need a loan vehicle. Received a text from Bradley the next day saying Wednesday or Thursday you will have a loan car. That was three weeks ago. On Thursday I rang and spoke to Amber again at 8:20am advising her I would like to speak to the service manager she asked for my registration which I gave to her. I explained that I have major problems with my car and need it serviced ASAP. She said that the service manager wasn’t available and she will email him to call me. Today is Tuesday 12th September over a month and no call back. Absolutely disgusted that this is how we get treated and I’ll be taking this further.

Michael and Jameson are such an awesome team. We have been getting our car serviced at Sylvania for the past 5yrs, and the make it so easy. Had a few issues to address and they got it all done under warranty. Thanks boys!
