Two bad experiences with this company, unfortunately,We originally heard about them when we come across the stall the Gosford Markets. It looked great, local Central Coast produce... I recommended my partner consider them for corporate gifts, as she manages large scale events across NSW and interstate, so she took a card.First bad experience was ordering a hamper for my sister, who had Covid. My partner ordered it. It was their Mediterranean hamper. It was going to my sister in Sydney. My partner received a call from the owner saying it's fresh produce

I ordered a hamper for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. Jenni was awesome to deal with. Jenni took the time to find out what my parents like and what would be best to go into the hamper. Jenni even took the time to go and buy a card to go with the hamper. The whole experience felt very personalised. My parents loved the hamper when it arrived. It made their special day even more special. My mum said there is not 1 thing in the hamper that they will not use. Thank you Jenni.

I had a five star experience with this company, I have ordered 3 hampers in the past and another 4 this week.My experiences with Central Coast Hampers amd gifts has been outstanding.I've had a Wonderful service experience, there was an issue with one hamper that was being delivered out of the state with fresh fruits. The polite owner Jenni called me and was more than helpful. She called me with an explanation which I really should have been aware of myself with crossing border's with fresh produce. My BadJenni was more than helpful, she offered me an alternative for this hamper. I understood that websites are not built by the owners of companies and their very limited to the content that's available.I was very impressed with a kind call, from a very helpful and friendly staff member who as mentioned resolved the issues for me promptly and professionally.I normally don't leave reviews but after reading the last review I felt compelled to do so..I will highly recommend this company, as I have done so in the past with my family members and a friend all having similar experiences with there impeccable service and quality of gifts.as a result of my experiences and recommendation..

Dissatisfied with customer service / complaint handlingOrdered hamper on line for friends birthday - with Happy Birthday message.Paid $80 for wine, glasses and chocolates and $35 for local delivery.On the 25th May 2022 my friend received the hamper from Central Coast Hampers and Gifts with 2 broken wine glasses and chocolates stating happy mothers day" (inappropriate as my friend has recently been through some fertility issues) chocolate message was brought to my attention later after my complaint to the business as my friend was upset to let me know.I emailed company straight away to sort out issue with the broken glassware. I received a call shortly after from the owner. Owner was unprofessional stating that it was not their issue it was the delivery issue. Owner was unprofessional and hung up the phone.Unprofessional text and emails back and forth continued with me standing my ground to be refunded for the glasses including threats to go to the police for my 'unreasonable" complaint to the business??Owner reluctantly refunded $20 for the glasses in the end.Very dissapointed in my experience dealing with Central Coast Hammpers. I will not be making the same mistake purchasing through this company or associated companies again.All texts
