Dr. Gikas and indeed his staff are absolutely brilliant. I recently had a few teeth extracted and a partial denture put in. Dr. Gikas thoroughly explained the whole process beforehand and on the day, which settled my fear/anxiety considerably, which made the overall experience less confronting for me. Thank you Dr. Gikas & staff, you've won a customer for life and I'll certainly be singing your praises!

Friendly and accommodating. Dr.Jason is wonderful and has such a positive bedside manner. His assistant, Brittany was so cool, calming, professional and very kind. Having had an extraction there only yesterday, I felt as though I was in very good hands and I couldn't have asked for better treatment. I would highly recommend this clinic, especially to those like me who are terrified of having oral procedures done.

I put off having a crown done - again and again. Finally Bella explained to me that it was our best chance of saving my tooth, that it would be remiss of her not to encourage it. The appointment went swimmingly, I don’t know what I was carrying on about! The lovely banter between Georgia and Bella was genuine, they clearly enjoy what they do and it rubbed off on me. I was especially impressed with the care and double checking Bella did to ensure the permanent crown would fit exactly. I am now planning when to have my next tooth done- would’ve thought?Thank you guys, you’ve changed my view on dental appointments- Lyndz

Dr Bella is by far the best medical professional I have ever met - 100/10!I did not go to the dentist for the better part of 10 years as it was always an awful and awkward experience .I was recommended to go see Dr Bella and it was honestly one of the best decisions I ever made. Being a ‘Boomer’ growing up with a warranted fear of going to the dentist I am no longer anxious since having Dr Bella look after me in such a gentle and friendly way. I am recommending Oakleigh Dentist to anyone who wants a professional and understanding experience having their teeth attended to.

I went there to fix a filling that came off. I went there to make an appointment and found a free slot for 12:30pm next day which was great because it was during my lunch break.I went there 12:30pm sharp. I had my teeth well brushed before going there to avoid any embarrassments.I had to wait about 15 minutes before I was attended to. Since this was the my first time here, I was asked to fill a form to get all my details.Dr. Jason was assigned to me. He and his assistant were super cool and friendly. I explained to Jason what the problem was. He examined the teeth and explained to me about what's wrong with the tooth and photographed the tooth to show it to me because it was hard to see.He offered to do a fill on the spot. Since it was a large hole, I had no option and I didn't want to come back on another day.The whole procedure took about 30 minutes. It didn't hurt at all. Alex did a lot of work to get the shape of the tooth after the filling so that I didn't feel weird when chewing. Also the way you were seated wasn't that difficult. It was close to parallel to the floor but slightly titled forward.It was $55 for the 013 and $190 for the 512 and I think they are about average for Oakleigh, perhaps slightly expensive for Victorian average but this is a well developed area. I paid with my debit card using EFTPOS.There are only 3 car parking spots inside. You can park on the street but only for an hour.It's a friendly place and I recommend it.
