Heel to Heal
Today I met Jo and had my first ever reflexology session. Jo was so caring and made me feel very comfortable. I really enjoyed my first experience and felt so much better than I have in a while. Looking forward to seeing Jo again, next week.

Jo has a beautiful, calm and relaxing space, which allowed me to drift away into a deeply meditative state.All of my senses were piqued subtly from the choice of music, aroma, feel and weight of the blanket. I felt immersed in a safe cocoon of goodness from the moment I arrived, to the moment I left. Jo's reflexology sessions are a wonderful way to nurture and nourish your soul. The interconnection between the feet and the body is so beneficial and I felt incredibly relaxed the whole time.

I had my 3rd session with Jo today and felt amazing afterwards. I noticed a difference with my knee from last time to this......plus it was great to know how much better Im doing. I thoroughly recommend her services for anyone. She is very gentle and kind and extremely thorough! Ill be back for reflexology next time!

Heel to Heal - Jo is not an ordinary reflexologist (if there is such a thing!) she holds a beautiful nurturing space, gives you the time to let go and be at one with the gifts of acupressure and to come home to yourself. My session was a warm, healing embrace which stayed with me after the session finished. I felt lighter, brighter and more aligned with my true self. Highly recommend Jo and her gifted approach to this age old practice.

I loved my session with Jo, she was so welcoming and had a lovely house. The treatment was so relaxing, I hadn't had reflexology before so was unsure what to expect but Jo made me feel really calm and looked after. She really knew what she was doing and was very knowledgeable in what she does. I highly recommend Heal to Heal to anyone looking for reflexology. I will definitely be back for more treatments. Jo, takes the time to know what your health goals are. And gently nudges you in the right direction. Since having reflexology it helps me sleep better and have had less PMS symptoms. I originally went for relaxation and loved it. Didn't know she could help me with immunity and hormones. I've continued going to her and I am excited to continue through my new found health journey.
