Update. After being assured in writing by Cobuild that damage would be fixed we are approaching 4months and are yet to see any movement. Their relationships are for life but all negative. Not your typical, because they won’t accept responsibility.Create conflict, damage reputations, dodge responsibility and disappear into the dust.I Am looking forward to my final edit that reports all is well. Purchasers of apartments, be aware of this builder. Bad quality buildings built by this builder, terrible to deal with, bully the residents when reported about the defects in the building. When there is an issue of defect that requires immediate attention, requires multiple and constant follow ups to talk to anyone in this organisation. Do not have any concern to elderly people and the retirees when a serious leaks and other concerning defects are reported. Before purchasing any property built by this builder, think many time

This builder is worst ever, once they know you report a problem , they block your phone number and never pick up your phone again. The aftercare person never answers her call and never return emails. I am ready to fight with you, you need to fix my water leaking issues no matter how you ignore people if you are still in the industry and doing your business.

Our experience with Cobild has been worse and even 1 star is too high a rating for this builder. It is over a year now that defects have not been fixed and they have cut corners everywhere through poor workmanship and bad quality. As an example, in the laundry cabinet there is a large cavity between the return waste water pipe and the wall. There is no sealing which means if some one is not extra careful in putting the waste water pipe from washing machine into the waste outlet, water will go down the cavity and damage the downstairs property. Similarly, airconditioning ducts are not provided and instead air is sucked in from the roof space and delivered. They have not considered the outside noise while installing windows and the glazing is so bad that we had to organise additional glazing to stop noise which is in excess of 55db even with all windows closed. In short, it is a disaster dealing with these guys. I cant think of any positive about them at this point in time.

A family business that cares about relationships with their suppliers, clients and trade partners. Have been dealing with the boys at Cobild for 10 years. A pleasure always.
