I visited the Fountain Gate store and I was blown away with the customer service. I purchased a roborock s7 which was DOA and had to return it to store the next morning. Nothing was an issue, as soon as I told them the problem, they said swap. No fuss no issues. The replacement vacuum is awesome.I can not recommend the staff at Fountain Gate highly enough. I recommend this store as they don't try and make you buy things you don't need, they listened to what I needed and the recommendation was spot on. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I 100% trust the advice that I received. They were spot on. I trust this store. Also the pricing was awesome as well.Thank you Esther and team for a positive experience.I will be back.

Decided to go to Godfreys 2 days ago on a Monday to buy a new vacuum cleaner the store opens at 9am on weekdays we arrived at 09:28am and the store was still closed so we were doing laps trying to waste time they actually ended up opening just before 10:00am we actually ended up buying a vacuum from that store which I wasn't happy about but unfortunately we needed one urgently.Wasn't crazy about the customer service either.I will definitely not visit that store again.

My wife and I came through on Friday to look at robovacs. Many thanks to Vish who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable answering all of our random questions across the entire range on offer. He listened to our requirements and his suggestion, which we ended up purchasing, has been great

Stopped in to see about getting my Dyson cleaned, I was waiting on by a friendly young man by the name of Joseph, who actually took the time to explain the cleaning and service that would be provided, I ended up asking. About another vacuum, Joseph did a demo and I am now the proud owner of a said new vacuum. Well done Joseph and thank you.

We went into the Fountain Gate store on the 9th July to look at vacuum cleaners and were served by Natalie who was only new to the store but was very knowledgeable. She was also very helpful and extremely pleasant. Although we were just looking that day we ended up buying a great vacuum cleaner which Natalie had suggested according to our needs. We even got to try and compare the vacuums. The other girl working that day, who's name I do not know was also very pleasant. I would recommend this store.

Popped in on Friday night and was served by Brodie. She was the only one in the store and was serving another customer. She really gave that customer her time and effort and when she served me she was the same. She listened to what I needed, suggested a number of options, and was friendly and helpful along the way. I purchased a terrific vacuum that suits my needs.

It was horrible and terrifying experience for my two years old son and myself. I went to buy a carpet washer and ended up buying two more things. I was served by Tif. She was calling me “darl” & “hon” whole time and seems to be very pleasant and polite. Since I had cash shortage, offered me lay by payment method. Unfortunately things changed and I wanted to return items (circumstances changed and had to downsize the house). When I went to return, I got only huffs and puffs with angry faces. Tif who was standing at the cash register, yelled at my little son (when he was walking in the store without touch anything & I was looking at him) warning “don’t touch anything” and he was terrified and looked at me with a frightened face.Parents please be careful if you visit this store which is NOT “Zero violence and children safe zone”.Further they accused me that paying off full amount which were on lay by and returning is “CHEATING system” which is allowed in their return policy. (I visited the store twice by taxi and spent more than $20 which is lay by cancellation fee.)I want to inform all the parents and customers who is looking forward to purchase from Godfreys Fountain Gate to be careful and be extra cautious because they treat you nicely only when buying. When you go to return, they become angry and you will get awful experience. Please be careful when you m take your children to Godfreys fountain gate store because Tif is overstepping her boundaries and trying to discipline others kids which isn’t right. She does not tolerate kids even though she mentioned that she is a grandmother of a toddler.
