I was recommend Raffaele Ciuca by so many friends who had purchased their dresses there in the past. I was teamed up Maria and she was such a delight to deal with. She made me feel so comfortable. We did a meet and greet to understand what I was looking for in a dress. I tell you she nailed it! She walked off grabbed a few dresses for me to try while I browsed the shop picking a few.After I picked a few dresses we were in the change room trying them on. I kept looking at a dress he had picked that was in front of me, we left it to last as she knew it was the dressed based on what I had described. We go there after trying on 6 – 8 others. Wow she nailed it. It was the dress and what I had always wanted. It was nearly the exact same as a dress I had seen 6 years before hand and that I said I want that dress as my wedding dress. Maria was so knowledgeable to has a great eye to what works and doesn’t. I highly recommend Maria and the whole team are Raffaele Ciuca. They were always so kind and lovely to deal with.

I purchased the Olga Gown by Jessica Couture for my wedding in November 2022.I had spotted the dress on Instagram and ordered it between lockdowns last year. I only tried a handful of dresses on, and despite it being over budget and not what I had in mind, it was the dress for me! The dress arrived in the expected time frame. Staff were friendly and helpful.I also got the gown altered through Raffaele Ciuca in Brunswick. It was an easy process and the ladies were lovely. I felt confident leaving it in their capable hands as they had altered the same dress many times.The dress made me feel like a princess with the full skirt and train. The beaded detailing was lovely. It was very well made and altered to perfection. It looked fantastic in photos and everyone commented how beautiful it was.

I would absolutely recommend Raffaele Ciuca to anyone looking for their perfect wedding dress. Carmela was incredibly patient and kind while I figured out exactly what I wanted (on my multiple visits!) and honest with her feedback. The Berta range is absolutely sublime, but be warned … once you try one on nothing else will do. I’m glad I deliberated and tried on as many dresses as I did, because the one I chose is perfect. Whilst the shopping experience was good that is where it stopped. We went there based on a friend getting her dress there although alterations were over $1000. Daughters dress was due in before Christmas as wedding in Jan. Arrived for fitting - no dress but assured they had a tracking number and it would arrive in a couple of days. NO communication at all. Waited until after Christmas/New Year to chase up and still no dress. Every different person told a different story so clearly they were lies as they couldn't get the story straight. It was not until one week prior that any one from management reached out. What should have been exciting was stressful and distressing. Was told dress coming from New Zealand but actually from China. Kept going on about Covid being the problem and then Christmas. Considering the dress was ordered in July there should have been no issue if handled correctly. Also purchased a clip for daughters hair - fell apart when inserting it on the wedding day. Had to be held in place with bobby pins. Even though they measure you its a stock dress and not made to your measurements at all.

I had THE best experience with Jo - she was just amazing and made the whole process so easy and fun. As soon as I walked in I saw a dress that was just singing to me, but it wasn’t a shape I usually wear and I didn’t think it would suit me. Jo encouraged me to try it on and OMG, it was stunning!! Just perfect and totally the one. She was then extremely patient while I tried on several other dresses that were more the original shape I had wanted, none of which compared to ‘my’ dress, the first one. The purchasing process was seamless and the dress arrived in plenty of time for our wedding, even though I hadn’t left a very long window to get everything sorted. I absolutely adored my dress, I felt so beautiful in my wedding day and all my guests were raving about it. I had wanted something a little different and RC totally delivered. My alterations experience was exceptional also. Thank you to Jo, Rita and Tam for making this experience so special for me xxx

I had the most incredible experience at Raffaele Ciuca Armadale with the beautiful Maria! From the start Maria was so helpful, kind and caring, she instantly felt like a part of the family! Her expertise was amazing, suggesting dresses she could tell were my style and showing different options with accessories. My bridesmaids, mum and I had the best experience in the bridal suite with champagne and chocolates, it was truly the most memorable first dress fitting!After a second appointment I said yes to the dress and once again Maria made the day so special and exciting. Thank you so much Maria and Raffaele Ciuca, I can’t wait to come in again and pick up my dress!

We bought my daughter's wedding dress from Raffaele Ciuca in July2022 - Carmela was lovely and very patient and helpful. I had read many reviews on RC and was a little concerned about the delivery and alterations of the dress, based on some of the reviews. I must say that our experience was all positive. My daughter found the dress of her dreams in late July 2022 after trying on numerous dresses in the shop (and some at other shops too). Carmela then ordered the dress in the size that was closest to my daughter's measurements. She told us it would arrive around December 2022 and then we would need to have alterations, which would cost an additional $890 (alterations package) to have it fitted perfectly and that would be done in late January, 2023/ early Feb, well in time for my daughter's late Feb 2023 wedding. The dress arrived in Dec 2022, as promised. We picked up the dress and paid for it. Appointments were made for alterations as the dress was too big ( but better too big than too small). After the first alteration, the dress was still a bit too big and the fit was not perfect. The alterations people were so lovely and pinned it again and it was taken in again with no additional cost. Basically everything that Carmela told us would occur, did occur and the dress was ready for pick up a week before my daughter's wedding and she was thrilled and so excited to wear it. I was so happy for her and so happy that the experience was such a wonderfully positive one. The only downside for us was that the alterations are only done in Brunswick and that was about an hour drive from our home. But we knew that in advance (ie that alterations were not done at the store in Armadale) and that was a minor issue. Overall - the bridal dress purchase and alterations was a very smooth and friendly process; wonderfully exciting and very relaxing and stress free. Thank you so much to RC. PS - I dont always write reviews but because I was so nervous about the negative ones I read, I thought I would share my positive experience.

Found my dress at Rafaelle Ciuca Armadale, the ladies were all super lovely and helpful. The alterations team in Brunswick were awesome too, even doing same day minor alterations the week before the wedding. I was worried about getting a form fitting dress but the team made sure every detail was perfect.

I loved how you had your own room to yourself and a range of different dresses! After looking for 4 months I came to Raffael circua in Armadale and was amazed with Carmela’s service. She showed me all the dresses that were my size, and I said YES TO THE FIRST DRESS I TRIED ON. Definitely recommend 10/10 xx
