After reversing through my garage door and doing some damage the team were amazing with getting my problem solved swiftly!! Highly recommend them

Installed 3 motors on existing shed roller doors.1 motor did not work after 1 day. They sent a technician out but he had no idea of how to fix it and referred back to company owner. The office phoned the following day and told me at least a week and half before owner could come and look at the job. My garage door was now stuck in half down and half up position until I manually lowered it. The day the owner was due to arrive I was told he was sick and could not attend. Early the following week they decided to replace the motor and lost one of the remote controls which they replaced the following day.I had asked for 2 extra remotes for our garage door. He gave me 2 remotes out of a box of about 50 and keyed them in, it took nearly 2 minutes to complete. I was then charged $70 each for these remotes which they sell online for $34 each.Spoke with the office and told them of my disappointment in everything that had happened and that they could come and collect the remote controls. I thought they could have come to the party re the remote controls but insisted on collecting them the next day.Ironically, I was going to get them to install 4 x 5 metre roller doors with motors for a large shed we are building, they will not even get an option to quote.

Very nice and competent people. Did not have to wait too long to get our door fixed even though they were very busy. They arrived before time and were very professional and friendly. Very reasonable cost and got a follow up call to check all was ok. Highly recommend.

Amazing company, great quick service!Best roller doors around town!

A driver was speeding tail gating me in a 80 zone speeds past when drinking out of a can jumps in front of me doing around 100km/hr then brakes in front and almost rear end him near the maitland around about 20/12 at 1:8pm and is this how all you works drive on the road as I don't care that drives reason as he is to obey the law like everyone else maybe start tracking your vehicles for now on.
