I came into the store today and was served by a lady named Sharon. Sharon made it clear that I was not welcome in the store with her snarky attitude even though I was a paying customer. I would recommend that if Sharon approaches you in this store, you walk straight out. Worst customer experience I have ever received considering jewellery is such a happy occasion gift. I went to Michael Hill instead and they were lovely so I ended up purchasing from there.

I would never visit Prouds as several years ago they dudded me with substandard jewellery, refused to exchange or refund, blamed the way I must of worn it, I mean how many ways are there to wear a necklace bracelet and earrings,after 9 months of repeated visits and discussion with store manager it was replaced ( only after I stood outside the store and discussed my problem with potential customers looking in store window) and the replacement necklace broke within a few days.

What a disappointing visit to purchase a necklace today.There was no customer service.Sharon was very rude to me and clearly didn't want to be there.I ended up walking out after telling her manager.With the reviews on here I can't understand how Sharon still has a job there.So if you want to buy anything in Prouds Erina Fair don't go to Sharon as she is past her use by date for the store....

Excellent customer service, especially Kim, the manager who resolved my issue with a watch exchange so promptly without any fuss. Her positive helpful attitude is a very good reflection on Prouds stores.

Service was appalling. An older lady served me, I needed assistance with a broken bracelet- she told me that I ‘didn’t buy it from here’ which I clearly did a few months prior by a much nicer, younger lady. She was extremely Persistent in telling me I was wrong.Will not be going back to shop.

Went in there a day prior to this incident to look at watches then to go home and think about it that night. After deciding I wanted to buy that watch I went back up to erina just to overhear one of the workers (British accent) say to her co worker “oh not these to boys again” and rolled her eyes. After that I walked out and didn’t buy the watch. So appalling and so inappropriate for a customer service standpoint and so rude and unfair. This lady has lost the store a sale and proud two customers.

I visited Erina store, and the old lady Julie was very rude, I was looking at the rings she told me they are too big for u, and she didn't show me any of them, I asked for white gold diamond rings and she told me they are too big as well and she didn't want to show me anything, when I know this kind of rings can resize, she just turned her face and ignores me. Very poor customer service, I would never combeck to this store.I went o Bateau Bay store and very profesional excellent customer service.

Personally I thought they were great, sure they weren't attentive straight away but given the demographic it's no surprise, really helpful when I said what I was looking for. I was in need of a cheap pair of CZ studs and engagement ring for travelling and they were able to provide at good pricing.
