I've been coming in recently to pick up some packages I've ordered online. Absolutely friendly staff keen to have a chat and always happy and smiling you guys are amazing and awesome, thank you so much for your kindness.

For some reason AusPos decided to send my partner parcel to Bedford Post Office instead of our local post office. The owner as kind enough to call us and asked if we can picked up. Talk about going out of the way to serve customer. Thank you so much

Young Child working behind the counter (was wearing a primary school uniform while serving) . Owner admitted has either lost my package or given it to wrong person last week. Owner advised you expect too much in the world and not to expect 100% from everyone.Filing system is abysmal and packages stacked on the shop floor where customers walk.

The man running this establishment is unbelievably rude. I made a phone enquiry about a missing package and he was so unhelpful. He hung up on me. I went to see about the parcel and he was antagonistic, calling me darling and said something to the effect that I needed to get an education. I cannot fathom how he is a postal representative. I will be filing a formal complaint with Australia Post. I don’t know about anyone else but I certainly don’t expect a tirade of verbal abuse when trying to chase up a missing package. This kind of man thinks that it’s appropriate to call a woman “darling” in an attempt to put us in our place. Guess what buddy, it’s not the 1950s! Woman have a voice and won’t be shut down by the likes of small minded men like you. Regards from a Melbourne University graduate. Is that a good enough education for you?
