The staff Tobias is very friendly and extremely nice. He helps me select the perfect photo frame and even went above beyond to help me to put the picture into the frame. His professional service made us feel like We are very important customer. Really appreciate his help especially during the Christmas Period. Highly recommend Ted.

The service at this store is absolutely excellent!! I came in troubleshooting an old camera which has been playing up, and Tobias took lots of time chatting to me about what may be going on and making recommendations - and THEN when I walked away with a new lens and then continued having problems, the team were completely understanding in helping me refund and exchange the product for something else which could solve the problem. They were absolutely generous with time, effort, empathy and understanding, and I feel so thankful and appreciative of all that they did. I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone who wants genuine and personalised advice and help with all things photography!

Tobias is literally the most lovely server, or we needed to buy was an SD card, and he was so helpful even after closing time!

Great service here with friendly and helpful staff. Time was taken to show us several models of cameras, make detailed comparisons, and show the features to us. Cost wise it was more affordable than JB-Hifi. Lots of accessories (camera bags, SD cards, spare batteries etc). They also sell film and disposable cameras. Thanks guys!

Today I went in to get some 35mm film for a reloadable camera, and although they were completely out of stock, Tobias went above and beyond to help me and see what was available, even showing me how to crack open one of the disposable film cameras for the film. Overall, a worthwhile trip.

Incredible service before purchase and during! Shout out to Tobias and Liam who helped my partner extensively over the phone to help find the perfect camera for my birthday. There was no guarantee we were purcashing a camera there, and even so, they were more than happy to assist with all my partners questions. After his experience, even just over the phone, we knew there was no where else we were going to find the right camera. In store, Tobias recognised my partners name and remembered my own even though we'd never met! He was extremely knowledgeable and patient while helping me search for the right one that suited my needs. Afterwards, I was even offered training tools/classes to further my abilities, and answer any additional queries I had with my new camera!My partner and I don't write many reviews, but we couldn't not on this occassion. It was a truly above and beyond customer experience and we highly recommend going in and seeing the team for any and all of your camera needs. A truly outstanding experience. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable, they genuinely want what is best for their customers.

Had an issue with a professional print lab not providing what was promised and after some back and forth needed a quick turnaround on a canvas print so my client could get what she needed, when she needed it. Called a few places and landed on the inside Canberra Centre Ted's.Maggie was incredibly helpful and tolerant of myself, my dog situation (one reason I normally organise to drop ship to my clients in the first place) and managed to pull some fast printing magic so my client could stay happy. She apologised that I was in the situation to begin with but did everything she could to make it right. The pro" print lab could learn a lesson or two here on service. Maggie stayed in contact through the process and updates as requested. This one is a gem.Thankyou also to the manager (missed the name so apologies there) on duty today accommodating an unorthodox pick up for the print. Some quality team members making a girl's last few days a lot less stressful. Even while I wasn't the most straight forward customer under the pinch of a deadline."

This is my first ever google review. I visited the Ted's store today in Canberra centre. I have never had such a pleasant experience in any retail so far. The employees are just amazing and happy to help. I was attended in less than a minute and had a good run through about what sort sales they are providing. Tobias (advance aplogise if spell it wrong) helped me with my purchase, explaining me about the all the aspects about the lens and camera body, not only he helped me choose my lens and other items but also taught me few tips and tricks about cameras. My intention was to buy just the lens but ended buying studio lights and other gears as well. A very amazing experience I had. Will definetly purchase my further camera accessories from Ted's. Thank you very much Tobias for sharing your experience with me and teaching me about the cameras and other accessories at the same time. It was a pleasure meeting you.

I wanted to buy a new camera as I needed an upgrade. Tobias’s expertise of the store’s products is incredible, he really knows the products, his customer service went above and beyond my expectations.
