Choices Flooring Keswick

Gaps in the installation of all my floating floors eventually caused swelling across my whole living area from long term exposure to a spray mop. My installer was inexperienced and poorly trained. As the floors were installed by Choices Keswick more than 12 months ago they now wipe thier hands of it. Poor customer service follow up and accountability. I probably could have learned how to install it better myself if I had simply watched a YouTube video, instead I paid top dollar for a dodgy amateur installation which was sold to me as a professional installation. Joe from new home sales division said 12 months warranty only on installation and refused to offer any help. Absolute crooks. Go elsewhere.

The teams at Choices have been outstandingly wonderful from first advice (nothing pushy, just helpful), great deal and professional, friendly communications throughout (go the girls!!) to the installations by, again, friendly and professional Choices agents.The flexibility extended to me when my health caused delays was very much appreciated. Customer service on all fronts has been beyond even hopeful expectations.Perhaps I'd better add that the carpeting is wonderful too!

Came in to the showroom today and spoke to Cally about getting a quote for carpet and flooring, she was absolutely wonderfull, super friendly and helpfull.We came in for just a quote but fell in love with the service and attention to detail, that we knew we didn't want to use anyone else. Being able to see a great selection of colours and feel the various textures of the samples in the showroom was great. This helped us further narrow down carpet types and colours. We had been torn between browns and greys, so when we looked at Lichen in the Delano range we knew Joe had hit the nail on the head! This carpet is so plush, durable and is both brown and grey and matches the existing colours throughout our home perfectly. We could not have asked for a better experience or end result. I am very pleased with the service I received from Choice Flooring Keswick. I was not in Adelaide at that time, managed to remotely arrange the replacement of carpet with hybrid flooring for a property in Adelaide. Selvatore was very knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help in tricky situation, though at times he was very busy and hard to get hold of over the phone. I highly recommend Choices Flooring Keswick. You will be in safe hands.

We had choices flooring Keswick complete our flooring in our build. We were referred here by numerous people. We did selections at there showroom and the install was done on time and incredibly efficient.
