This is my second year going to this branch but have used H&R Block for about 9 years now. I am convinced that they are the most up-to-date, and well trained on getting the most return legally possible.

Am annoyed about the fee for my tax return as was told it would be $139 but after it was done they told me $169. Not happy about that at all

This is my first time dealing with this people and I will definitely never recommend them to anyone! Some manager called Ann today was being so rude over phone to me and told me that if I cannot wait I can go to another accountant after waiting for their accounts to finalise my accounts since June!! I have called them and they keep telling me call back in few weeks! Never ever get a business tax return done with them!! They are not skilled enough!!
