We purchased a property from Alexandra Porter (Coronis) and the amount of deceitful practices taking place is astonishing. They advertised the home incorrectly (car spaces, number of bedrooms, completed renovations, photo shopped major issues with the floor and appliances), they push you to use their building and pest inspectors who failed to recognise $12k worth of building defects. The agent even covered up a major water issue with the vendor, explaining the problem had been fixed. Dig a little deeper into Alex's practices and it's very clear what sort of agent she is. We're currently pursuing legal action against Coronis and Prime Building and Pest Inspections.
