Disastrous, I believe you have to be an absolute genius to manage to get anyone on the phone. Numbers connect to strange, muddled messages, websites are designed to keep you busy not to find what you are looking for etc. Everything is done to make it impossible to get answers to simple questions.

Was told to take a seat. 2 hours later, Centrelink took down the wrong information. Im trying to gain employment. I guess that's not going to happen since Centrelink is managed by people that don't have a clue.

As we are not eligible for medicare, we went to this place to get immunization record for my 18 months old baby. Its funny thay they told us to wait until 4 pm if we really want to get it.
