Dreadful customer service, the lady I spoke to was very rude, talked over me and I felt like she was rushing me off (I probably got 2 sentences and a question in out of the whole exchange) and to top it off I left without a solution to my issue and went to visit another branch that solved it with no fuss. Please learn to speak to your customers with more respect and also perhaps learn some active listening skills.

Shoutout to all the staff at Auspost parabanks you all do any amazing job and are always helpful. Especially the girls on the front counter I couldn’t think of a better team to work with.

These ladies that work the counters think they are above everyone. They are rude and don't have time to even answer a question. I used to deal with it but had enough. I hope they get robbed one day. Hahaha

Certainly have to get them on their day.some staff can be very rude one day while completely nice the next. Not very helpful when it comes to postage solutions, since they are supposed to be the specialists it would be nice if they could assist in getting the best solutions for the customer. Most of the time they just seem to want to get the most money from you.I have witnessed very rude behaviour from staff towards immigrants who are still learning the systems and obviously need patience.If you don't like providing customer service and working with a diverse group of customers then your probably in the wrong job and need to move on.There are other post offices around the area if you need more than a few stamps and some attitude.

Disgusting behaviour from woman working there, speaking in a demeaning tone, while rolling her eyes, to an elderly asian lady who was clearly a bit confused. She required kindness not rudeness, then polite to other (Aussie) people then rude again to the next asian couple she served, speaking to them like they're stupid.Not good enough.Conduct yourselves professionally!!A whole group of employees loudly and crassly gossiping with foul language about a customer (who made a mistake about money) while you were standing around when there was no one to serve.

Customer service is okay and we'll organised.Mail postage is really expensive to send international, beginning of 2020 it used to be less than $5 to post without registration and now it has to be registered and the price has spiked right up to $24.Unreal the price spike

This post office provides fast efficient caring service. All the staff are wonderful in processing my needs from paying bills to banking and posting my eBay parcels. I don't know what I would do without them. Thank you for hour help.

The customer service is so bad the ladies on counter thinks they owns the shop and they will do what they want before sending the parcel they gave me the large box to put everything and when I was there after the package to send she brought the book from the back and showing up the what are weight policies rather then telling me start away that you can’t send the big box to international. As she was very rude and they were asking each other how to send it as why they are working in such place they don’t know how to send the parcel internationally. Would recommend to they people to come to Brahma lodge post office they are nice people and no issues with anything straight way got finished my stuff in 5 minutes.
