Dealing with Ingenious Homes is an experience like no other. I guess this is what it feels like working with a professional team. They have a wide range of designs and colour palettes to try your hand at designing or to satisfy the architect in you. They work at an amazing pace, for someone building a house for the first time it felt like a dream. They handle every affair extremely well, wether it is a variation, a last minute change or a grand vision. I guess with years of experience they have been through every drama that one can experience during a build. The staff are prompt and courteous leaving no room for complaints. They keep you informed through every stage of the process. For the ones working directly on the build it is critical to produce a quality product because Ingenious Homes incentivises quality resulting in a high quality build for us. Overall I am glad I met them.

Terrible to deal with, forcing neighbours to get their fence is a understatement. Process was a nightmare.

I would highly recommend Ingenious homes if you are looking to build. They were very professional and kept us updated at every stage of our build. Our home was completed to a high standard as confirmed by our Independent building inspector. Our house was handed over well before our estimated completion date and we are extremely happy with everything.

My work recently took over management of a property that was built via ingenious. The previous agents had lost a lot of the documentation. I emailed and in less then 5 business hours Ella had emailed me over everything and MORE. My husband and i had a practical completion inspection today at the rise, THORNLANDS.Being first home owners, my husband and i were very nervous. We didnt want to feel rushed as we have been told from previous people who have built.Victor, the builder was extremely helpful. He explained everything to us. He talked us through the process and let us take our time to thoroughly look through the house. Victor picked up on minor touch ups that we missed.Thank you Ingenious homes and Victor. We really appreciated how easy this process was and we will be sure to recommend ingenious homes.

We built our first house with Ingenious Homes. We found them professional and easy to deal with until they’d been fully paid. Issues identified at our first final inspection which then hadn’t been rectified before our second inspection have still not been fixed. This was in August! We’ve had a myriad of issues but even though we’ve had someone come out and have a look, nothing has been done or fixed. Examples: damaged wardrobe door, a few random matte tiles amongst a house fully tiled with gloss tiles. We are really disappointed.

Built with them and had the house in my possession for about 2 years. The front door started to swell due to poor paint not sealing the exposed window inserts and shower screen fell of the wall and shattered, but now it’s my problem. I have to spend more money to fix the problem. Unless you want to spend more then contract states, suggestion to stay away

Waited 13 weeks for one stage. Lots of items were exchanged for lower costing items, when you speak to the supervisor he says he doesn't care.
