I have never experienced a place quite like Kaizen Martial Arts Academy! From the first moment we stepped foot into the centre we were welcomed with open arms. This really is a family affair and everyone who attends become apart of the Kaizen family in the strongest possible way. I highly recommend Kaizen martial arts, their teaching techniques are impeccable and every single coach (including the juniors) are amazing!We have been apart of this family for just over 12 months. What this centre has done for my daughters confidence is remarkable & we owe a hugh amount of credit to these guys!I highly recommend joining, you will not regret it!

Fantastic, supportive family run school. My son has been with Kaizen for the last five years. It not only has provided him with skills in martial arts and self defence but has also assisted him in developing important life skills like confidence and self worth

My son has been attending Jiu Jitsu classes here for over 4 years. He started in the Kinder classes doing one day a week. He's now in the Kids class training five days a week. He LOVES it!I was training at another gym in the city, then moved to Kaizen in January 2021, to join the adult classes.The Coach to kid ratio is always good, so your kid will always get attention and not miss out. It's such a great learning environment and so much fun. The owners, Garry and Anna, always go above and beyond.It's a great place for kids (mine is 8) and adults (I'm a 40 year old female).

Kaizen is an amazing place. The coaches are fantastic with kids and once you start with them you are part of the family.My fiance was so impressed he started going aswell.I rest easy knowing my son is learning such useful tools to not only defend himself should the need arise, but also valuable life skills.

The team is amazing. As a female student doing martial arts this place was definitly the right decision, everybody is very welcoming. The club has a family friendly feel and training is always enjoyable. 6 years with the club surely must explain how great the place is. Highly recommend to anyone looking at training and learning from the best.

Amazing place to train Sensei Garry and the rest of the team have your genuine interest at heart. I can't recommend Kaizen Martial Arts enough. My 8yo son loves his classes! Sensei Garry, the coaches and staff are beyond amazing. They're very patient, kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. Everyone trains at their own pace. Everyone's accepted for who they are. Everyone receives support and guidance. Everyone is acknowledged. It's a fabulous learning environment. Highly recommend!

Great atmosphere, Great people my little girl loves it here and it does my heart good to know she is learning to protect herself in the world we live in today. Sensei Gary is fantastic with the kids while he teaches and creates a enjoyable session one after the other.Would recommend to give it a go.

A brilliant teacher plus well-experienced and supportive coaches means you'll absolutely get the most out of your training here. The students here are incredibly friendly and have plenty of advice of their own. I haven't missed a session since enrolling and it's thanks to the great environment and enjoyable training available here.
