Excellent instruction, suitable for all levels from beginners to more experienced. Classes are well paced with the assistant instructor on Friday afternoons exceptionally good. My favourites are 24 Form Tai Chi, Yi Jin Jing and Fan.

Lily is a skillfull teacher and martial arts herself. She cares for her students and always makes sure the students get the best out of her classes. I find my physical health improving and I recommend anyone to give this a try.
