Flight Centre Shepparton

I’ve recently planned an 8 week trip to Europe through flight center and the service from Hannah was absolutely outstanding! Hannah was very responsive and attended to every request. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to plan a trip domestically or internationally. For the last couple of appointments Hannah was also training a new team member, Mannon who was great also. I have just finished booking flights and accommodation through Mannon for a trip to Sydney who was very easy to work with. Great job flight centre shepp!

The service form Hannah and the staff is 1000% If I could I would hang out every day. The only thing missing is a coffee machine but then the girls would never get rid of me lol. Keep up the great work see you soon.

My partner made an appointment with you to enquire about flights to Canada.The Staff Member was extremely abrupt in her attitude and answers, almost to the point of being downright rude towards him.She was very unhelpful to say the least.Your Staff need Training in Customer Service and I’m surprised that you’re still operating to be honest.

I dealt with Danielle Elliot -wow...what amazing service. Consitant with communication, she looked into all options but most of all she was passionate about helping with my dream traveling adventure. I am so appreciative of all that she has helped with. Her support in making a dream come true is admirable.

Recently went in to get inspiration for a holiday. I have general idea of what I wanted to do (swim & culture) but was open to a destination. Dani was extremely helpful giving me some fantastic options. She was able to provide details that really helped me honed in on where to go. Dani is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. When visiting the Shepparton flight centre office the friendly staff were very welcoming & helpful. I met with Hannah to book our holiday to Cairns & Port Douglas as l was getting stressed trying to book it myself. Hannah was so patient with me organising our flights & accommodation. Our booking was for 7 people in 3 different households, having to get enough bedrooms to accommodate everyone. She did an awesome job & lm really happy with what she suggested. We are now organising the tours & she has found some rippers for us to do while we are there. Thankyou Hannah for all your patience, help & guidance taking the worry & stress away. We are all looking forward to our trip. I highly recommend Hannah to book your holiday.

Just booked my bucket list holiday to Cambodia and Vietnam thanks to Dani at Shepparton. She really had to work her magic to sort these flights as I wanted to start my holiday in Siem Reap and end it in Ho chi Minh. I also wanted as little time in air and in transit to make flying easier. She managed to work all of this out for me at a great price. I had tried mucking about myself to get this done but was nowhere as successful as she was. Just shows it is easier to leave it to the experts. Thanks Dani, I'll send you a postcard when I get there.
