Bloody brilliant. Had a basic 260k service, they also did a full veh check and gave a detailed explanation of what was going on and what needed to be kept an eye on for the future.Definitely recommend and will be going here from now on.

I have been getting car serviced with Pat and Stace since 2014. Since then I have moved to the Sunshine Coast and I drive back to Toowoomba to get my services done, because why would you trust anyone else? Pat and Stace always explain things to me in laymans terms, never talk down to me and always make sure I am happy to what is being done to my car. These guys are the most affordable mechanics out there even though the customer service they provide is priceless. Procare has been servicing my cars for over 10 years. I have always received honest and reliable service and dependable mechanical advise. All work done, or needs to be done, is explained so even non mechanical people like me can understand. Wouldn't go any where else.

If you care about your vehicles please consider anywhere else in town. I just took my receipt from procare to my other mechanic in town and asked them to have a look at it and make sure the stuff had been done that I had been charged for on my receipt. He said there had been no evidence that my vehicle had been serviced previously to coming in. After having it serviced by procare my vans headlights were not working and I was told it was an auto mechanical issue. After another $300 fee from an auto mechanic I found out that it was in fact not the case and they for some reason put led bulbs into a hid lighting system (this was discussed previously to taking it in) so made no sense as to why this was done to my vehicle as it was known to be a hid system. Needless to say I have now done quite a bit of work to my van through another company and they have done an amazing job. Please be careful coming here for mechanical needs and make sure to have a look at the work" that's been done."

Honest, trustworthy, reliable and relatable are just a few words that come to mind when I think about Procare. They have serviced every car myself and my wife have owned in Toowoomba, and I've never had a complaint. My wife loves that she doesn't feel talked down or baffled when something needs to be fixed on her car. Thank you for being great at what you do.

These guys are the best, as a business that is dependent on my car ProCare have always allowed to bring the car in immediately if it is urgent and make sure the car is able to run until parts come in and they are able to fix things properly. The work has always been done professionally and in a timely manner. There quoting is fair, reasonable and always with a smile. The final job has occasionally cost less than the quote and they will always run through what they have done in a language easy for none mechanic me to understand.I've been using their services for 10 years now and haven't had a single complaint!
