I really enjoy the yoga practice here. My muscles love being warm before I even start and the practice leaders are friendly and supportive. There is quite a variety of classes for different levels and options in all classes for different abilities. I'm a big fan!

In the beginning, I was a little nervous to try hot yoga for the first time.When I arrived, Carmen (the owner) was very welcoming and reassuring.After my first class, I was sent a lovely SMS to see how I was feeling.I have felt so supported during this new step into Hot Yoga and I'm so stoked about the pricing for the unlimited pass.I've enjoyed every aspect of it so thank you.
