Hoping to share this so no one makes the same mistake and this - is not negatively targeted at the sales people who sold me the trailer as they did make vague comments hinting to think about buying a motorised tipper trailer.The manual jack tipper trailer I bought from them has a lot of strength and sturdyness to it regarding the frame, axle, tail gate and brackets attaching the tray to the frame.The trailer doesn't tip all the way up which means it is basically close to useless in terms of using as a tipper trailer as none of the dirt comes out and shouldn't be labelled a tipper trailer at all. It takes more time to empty this trailer than my old normal trailer by the time I've actually jacked the thing up.The design of where the electrical cable running to the lights is very poor and should at least have some protection (a metal guard plate) as soon as you are to tip the trailer up and drive forward, If there is any rocks or Rio mesh in the ground and youre to run over them it will rip the cables or severe them.Where the cable is ran from the frame to the output of the car is in the worst possible spot so if you are to load the trailer up by yourself (have to do that every second day) If you drive too far back you will severe hit the frame/cords and render the trailer useless as the e brake system they offer relies on signal from your cars lights. The lead should be run through the frame and come out the top before going to the car.I don't dislike my trailer as it hasn't busted yet and I've given it some tough days. I just think this company should take this as constructive criticism and be cautious about how they respond to past clients leaving them negative reviews as it doesn't come off very professional

Was looking for a trailer repair business to re-wire my trailer this morning. Called into ATS not having been there before, purely to get their advice. Purchased a trailer cage from Adelaide Trailer sales and was very happy with the service. I'm some distance away and it was no issue for them to arrange delivery for me. Cage arrived with the required fitting hardware. Would definitely deal with them again.

Once again I had a fantastic experience at Adelaide Trailer Sales .Andrew and his team were incredible Andrew stood by his word once again provided me with great customer service and an amazing end result. I have had trailers for years and this would be the best one I have ever had strong , gutsy , durable and it looks Phat . Due to Covid black rims were unavailable and when they were Andrew put them on as soon as they were available. I have recommended Andrew to friends of mine and they got the same outstanding service as I did . I look forward in working with Andrew and his team in constructing a frame for our 6 kayaks with my concepts and they will make it happen. I visited ATS on a Saturday having major issues with my trailer suspension and frame. Andrew and staff were great identifying the problem straight away and having it all fixed and even stronger than before by Monday lunchtime. As this is my work trailer this fast service is greatly appreciated. When I upgrade I will be purchasing from these guys for sure. Great work fellas!!
