Lug+Carrie

We are massive fans of Lug+Carrie in this house, can't rate them highly enough! We LOVE our bike, use it daily, even for longer trips, with big hills and multiple children on the back.We get to school fast, whizzing past the stand still traffic and always get rock start parking of course! Not to mention we arrive feeling fresh and excited for the day ahead.We do often have to stop and talk to people who ask about the bike, which we love doing too, so many people ask us if we love it, how hard is it etc, of course we always rave about it, I could never go back to only having a car after experiencing the luxury of getting to ride everywhere with ease and comfort for all of us.We have had to rely on the amazing customer service a couple of times and can't rate the team highly enough.Thank you Lug+Carrie for your business, you make our lives so much better!

First time e-biker! I decided to get an e-bike instead of buying a car and liked that with Lug+Carrie I could rent it to make sure it was the right decision. I have a 4-year old and we're doing the pre-school, gymnastics, swimming, shopping, everything runs on the bike now. She absolutely loves it, as do I. It has given us so much freedom compared to using the buses/walking, and we are really enjoying getting out and about. I see a lot of other folks carting kids on bikes now so I feel like it's a growing trend. My main concern was whether car drivers would be respectful but so far I have had no issues and I feel reasonably safe on the road with my precious cargo strapped on behind. The service & support from Lug+Carrie is top notch and I would highly recommend. Also the rates seem pretty reasonable when you compare it to using the bus a lot or owning a car, and factoring in service of the bike etc.

Superb customer experience!!Riding the Terns is such an awesome experience too. Made my commutes to work a breeze and something that I enjoy doing. My daughter loves riding with me too, such a cool way to see your surroundings in a different way and create some good memories.If you’ve been considering a cargo bike, waste no more time and just go with them. You won’t regret!!

We love our new Lug & Carrie bike. Such a fun an efficient way to commute around the city. Went on an adventure to the opera house and the botanic gardens with my 14month old and wife last weekend. The little one was singing (babbling) and clapping all the way. She loved it. Not having to find parking at the shops has been another real highlight. But the biggest highlight of all is the amazing, warm service that we have received from the team at Lug and Carrie. You guys rock!!! Thanks again.

We took up the option to subscribe to the L+C offers with a Tern GSD configured for our two children (3yo + 6yo). We have loved it so much we have bought it outright. Our children love heading out on it – school, soccer (training + games), dance, around the bay and more. 100% recommend the team at L+C if you are tempted by an e-cargo bike as an alternative to another car for local trips given you can try before you buy (we're aware of the investment that it represents). Give it a go and see how you find it!

Lug+Carrie makes it so easy to start riding, I can't recommend their bikes enough. Being able to customise the accessories to suit your needs perfectly, great bikes, really easy setup and support from the amazing team including Neroli, Lucinda, Zane and Tom are the best part of riding a Tern from L+C. Lug+Carrie provides an excellent service and a unique experience. My wife, my baby daughter and I have only had our eBike for a week and we've already been on so many family adventures. The perfect vehicle for summer fun!

Love our ebike from Lug+Carrie. Been close to 10 years since I have done much cycling but it was easy enough to get started and build confidence. It's great to ride to work, daycare drop off, swimming lessons, grocery shopping, cafe visit, getting to the playground. Kids are still squealing with delight riding on the back. Neroli and the team have been great and the whole process of subscribing ran smoothly.

Had my bike for about a month now and absolutely love it. The best way to commute and get the kids around to daycare etc. They love it too! The system and service are first class too. This service has saved us buying a second car.
