Nova Crane Services

I had issues with my crane for years i thought it was remote interference. I took it to several places.Finally i took it to nova.I meet the team. The whole team from the work shop to the office staff . I wont name names. I travelled 2 hours to get there it was well worth it.One person ,Glen showed me things on my crane i didnt know. Spent countless hours programing it to suit me.He showed me safety buttons. Im not talking about standard things . How to open correctly , move the extentions to induce better positioning.I was informed at all times of problems. Glen did not let my truck leave until he was happy.This guy even grease it for me. Turns out the owner of the business still gets his hands dirty.Well done team. Ill see you soon i have ordered another truck.
