I went to get eyelash extensions here. The service was lovely, however my eyelash extensions were sparse the first time and they kindly offered to fill them in, however when I got them filled in one eye lost the extensions super fast in 4 days and now they look uneven.I was so carful and followed all the aftercare instructions, unfortunately I cannot justify $160 for this.

I am so disappointed in my experience. Firstly, when I arrived there was no one to greet me. I was the first appointment on a Saturday and all of the staff arrived late, when they had arrived there was no concern. They then said my appointment was with Maddy, although I had booked online with Natalie. I was not advised of this change. This was my first time getting a brow lamination & sculpt, so I would have thought that they would explain the process of the treatment. But there was no discussion. When I asked, she said they laminate then wax, however, I did not book a wax. When I booked online it had the option of waxing or threading, I put in the notes section that I prefer threading. Yet again, another error on there end. I then had to wait 20 minutes for another worker to thread my brows after I was told she would only be 5 minutes. The overall result of my brows didnt even look laminated until I went home and shaped them myself. Never again!

I’ve been to over 10 different places in the area and this is easily the best place for lashes and brows! The staff, especially Kim, is thorough, thoughtful and consistent. Lash lifts always look perfect and they never rush. Highly recommend!

The best service from Jennie,Im 37 weeks pregnant and never had eyelash extensions before.Jennie is friendly polite and very professional.She made sure Im comfortable with the whole process and explained very well what shes doing which I like and the after care too.Making sure Im lookimg after it when I get home.Definitely coming back again after bub born.Janey

Rude during procedure, an eyelashes are cheap despite paying $180. Also received a cuticle infection from my pedicure.Edit: Price adjusted after finding my receipt an Natalie Bonett it's a bit disingenuous that you leave reviews on your own business an call a customers spam because it's criticising your service offered?

I’ve been going to the lash bar boutique since 2019 and have had amazing services throughout the years. Although the more recent years i’ve felt I’m not getting my moneys worth anymore. I now pay $160 for lashes but i feel like with the price jump, i don’t get as fuller lashes for what I’m paying & fall off very quick and easy. Also I believe that here i don’t get as many options regarding lengths and the curl of the lashes making choice’s limited :(

I usually don’t write reviews but for the amount of money I paid for a substandard service is appalling. I booked in for a hybrid lash service and brow package with the director - not only was the service not to standard but the customer service experience left a lot to be desired as well. I have been a beauty teacher for many years and really just wanted to chill out and indulge myself at a local place - I wanted to feel good about myself as well as support a local business. I thought I would book in with the director as normally the director would have the most experience, but I was left so disappointed on many levels.My lashes stuck together at the bottom lash line and ripped some of my lashes out. My lashes are asymmetrical and uneven, and my lashes weren’t cleansed nor primed prior to my service. I had the technicians phone on my pillow which meant that I couldn’t really relax as she was texting during the appointment and I was having vibrations go off in my ear. She then stopped to go and get herself coffee that was delivered midway through my lashes. My very inner corners were not even extended which looked so strange, my lashes looked really rushed and unfinished by the time I was done. It’s been about 6 days since and I’ve lost roughly 40% of my lashes, they just keep dropping, so it has a lot of gaps. I’m really disappointed, I felt uncomfortable the whole time. In terms of my lamination my hairs are in different directions and not symmetrical, I’m having to restyle them every day with product and powder because they don’t sit well. I wanted a lamination and tint so I didn’t have to do this every morning. My technician also stopped half way though their service with me to go and have lunch, and another technician took over. There was no handover either, and barely a consultation on how I wanted my brows. I felt like I wasn’t a priority in this salon and I want a refund.

I was trying go find a lash service where I would leave really satisfied and happy with the service I was provided.I think I’ve just found it, I got my lashes done 2 weeks ago by Natalie and am still getting compliments on how well my lashes look. Natalie took her time and pride and was very welcoming and showed me what the lash length will look like against my eye.The final result looked absolutely amazing! I got the volume set and didn’t feel heavy at my eyes or anything!I enjoyed the fact that they catered to ensure you were comfortable by providing a blanket during the service.I was recommended this place by a friend, I will be passing the recommendations off to my friends! I had a “Classic Set” done. The lady that did my lashes was very thorough and friendly. She was also very careful and ensuring you are comfortable. I was happy that no glue got into my eyes.The place is clean and I love the whole ambiance.I paid $59 with Groupon Voucher. Without is $120.
