I couldn't be happier! As a complete bookkeeping novice, I approached Prestige Bookkeeping to setup my organisations books using XERO, the online accounting software. I fully expected to have to rely on YouTube videos and online forums to explain how to use the program. But thankfully that wasn't necessary. Victoria entered around 90% of the data, then gave me hands on tutoring with the remainder to get me started and up to speed. There was so much covered in those initial meetings, and to be honest, I have since forgotten a few things from those lessons. But Victoria is always just an email or phone call away.
