Today was the first time my son has gone to the dentist and what a fabulous experience for him. He was put at ease from the start and the balloon sword and the high-5 were a big hit. Couldn't recommend Burns Bay Dentistry more highly. Thanks so much James!!

I had such a good experience today at Burns Bay Dentistry with James. He did such a thorough examination of my teeth, carefully explained everything to me and gave me some really useful advice. Really friendly and welcoming staff, I definitely recommend to all in need of a new dentist!

The dentists at Burns Bay Dentistry are fantastic. I have been going here for over 2 decades and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Van and Leander are just amazing! All the staff are professional and personable, talk you through everything and show you along the way. Always happy to help and look at any concerns.

We have been going to Leander, Van and Kim for years now and their professional knowledge and care of all our family's teeth have been second to none. From the wonderful greeting at the front door from Natalie to the helpfulness of all the staff, this place makes a visit to the dentist a pleasant experience.

I had such a good experience here. I took my small children for their first dental visit - James was wonderful, made balloon animals, tooke time to make them feel comfortable, and had such a kind nature, the kids really felt his care, and as a result had such a positive time, and have been talking about him ever since. I also went myself and was impressed at how thorough the initial appointment was, and the advice and treatment was explained clearly. I would highly recommend this Dentist practice to others.

Highly recommend the team at Burns Bay Dentistry...friendly service, thorough review of teeth and cleaning + reasonable prices. Also great with the the whole family - the first dentist to manage to get my 5 year old to allow her teeth to be checked!

My kids saw Dr James Chiu yesterday for their general dental checkup. He made the appointment easy and fun for both my 10 and 8 year old, ensuring that he explained everything to keep them at ease and understand exactly what was happening through every step of the process. He engaged us all in conversation, and also made them each a balloon toy to take home!Thank you Dr James - appreciate you making the visit an easy one.

As a new patient I found Burns Bay Dentistry to be an extremely welcoming practice with fantastic dentists and lovely staff. They took the time to outline the cost of all the treatments before starting and explain everything during the appointment. I will definitely be coming back here from now on.

Burns Bay Dentistry
Dr James is the fifth doctor my son has had his teeth checked since he was 2 years old and the only dentist who has allowed my son to voluntarily lie down, open his mouth and apply fluoride! I have to say that I am very satisfied with today's dental check and Dr James patience. (Especially for the ballon twisting!)
