Was very disappointed at the service I received today. Was meant to have a telephone consult with Dr Yuya Naing. An hour went by from the time of my appointment. I phoned the medical centre they advised Dr Yuya tried to ring and I never received a call, i then had to phone back twice to see when Dr Yuya would phone for my appointment. Dr Yuya didnt ring until 3 hours later when my appointment was meant to be. And during my appointment Dr Yuya also spoke over me the entire time, did not let me speak and provided no assistance. Will not be returning again.

I’ve been taking my son to EK Medical since he was born. In the 2.5 years I have been attending this practice I have also started to go there for myself. The receptionists are always lovely and Dr Eddie Kanan is accommodating for my toddler and myself. If only I could get appointments when needed as they’re always booked up. I guess that’s a good sign even though it can often be inconvenient.Also the nurses on staff are wonderful !

Thank you so much nurse Rhona. You were able to fix a mix up with a covid vaccine booking for my son and then give him the vaccine without him noticing and even earnt a hug from him after! Not all heroes wear capes, you are doing an amazing job.Also a big shout out to the ladies at reception. You make a great team.Thank you.

First visit for a covid vaccination. The staff were kind and friendly. Making appointments was easy. The surgery felt modern and clean. Highly recommend.

Such a lovely practice,friendly helpful receptionist.Dr Eddie is a great listener and is a very knowledgeable doctor.All other doctors are very good as well.i would highly recommend this practice.

I’m recently new to the area and was really nervous about finding a new doctor that I liked. However the reception/nurses and doctors have done nothing but make me feel comfortable and cater to and for me in such a caring/kind manner. They don’t just treat you like a number.10 / 10 service every time.
