I’ve never had such an unprofessional experience. It’s sad because I know how hard the owner works for the place and she’s absolutely lovely and the salon itself is beautiful.Unfortunately the staff member I had would constantly stop her work to get up and talk to one of the other younger girls about clubbing and how tired she was. I’m all for hiring young staff members but not if they can’t show maturity during their working hours. My staff member was also constantly sniffing her blocked nose and her breath smelt so bad from the amount of coffee she kept stopping to drink, it was making me feel sick. I left the salon with the biggest headache from her leaning her body weight into my head for the whole session, given she was a slightly larger girl it really hurt. She would forget which eye she should be holding the fan onto and quite often it was the wrong one, not that she held the fan she just placed it over my closed eye and left it there. I also ended up with glue and tape in my hair by the end of it due to her negligence. After all that, my lashes are probably the most average I’ve ever had them.I do believe in second chances, bad days, etc so I’m not naming names and am posting this on an account that isn’t my name. I will give it a second chance, just with a hopefully more grown staff member.

Really friendly and great lashes! I prefer a more wispy look and not too thick and I got exactly what I wanted.

I got the combination lashes by one of the junior lash techs and she did such an amazing job. They Were so full and lasted so long! Definitely recommend going here for a good set of affordable lashes!

I booked with them to get my lashes done as my regular lash lady is overseas.This was the worst experience I have ever had to endure.The consultant was continually leaving and chatting theNoisey service was terrible(left with headache). Worst of all my lashes began to fall out after 2 hours and by morning basically 50% left. I feel completely ripped off as I paid good money for a service which didn’t even last 24 hours. Customer service pathetic and the actual service equally pathetic I am absolutely disgusted and appalled and I would never ever recommend anyone coming to your place of business.

Lashes ok lots of glue residue left on my natural lashes this time though.Can never get a response through txt calls or even a google review don't no if I'll go back They Never respond or answer the phone not a good way to make someone feel welcome

Would highly recommend this salon to everyone, beautiful decor and environment, friendly staff, lovely owner and top of the range services.Took my daughter here for her pre formal teeth whitening and spray tan and absolutely the best service and results will definitely be back again for future visits. Very happy!
