Oskars Stubis went over and above what I would have expected from an audiologist. He was kind, patient and professional. He gave me all I needed and ever could have thought possible when fitting me with my perfect hearing devices. With many options and allowing me to test and compare over several months we were able to find exactly which make and model suited my needs. I'd highly recommend Oskars to anyone who was looking for an audiologist.

Took my 93 year old mother for final evaluation on latest hearing aids and was powerfully impressed by the professionalism and earnestness of the clinic as a whole but particularly the specialist attending to her.Andrew Myles - you were superb! Competent but no better than any other hearing testing facility that I have attended.

I have attendedthe Macquarie Hearing Hub , for over the past five years,now always find them more than helpful & friendly & efficient My audiologist there is Oskars Stubis, who find very professional & courteous who I can't praise enough for the amount of work has put into programming my hearing aids which I know not an easy taskIt also good to know that I have any problems regarding my hearing aids that they are always there for me do there upmost to help as of recent, Big thank you !!

This Clinic is the best I have ever experienced.I have been attending this Clinic for many years and I am often referring friends and family to go there to have their hearing issues assessed.With having a life time of hearing impairment, I have been to several other Audiology Clinics and this is just the best.The expertise of the clinicians and technology staff is absolutely wonderful and at all times when I have required urgent assistance with my Hearing Aids they have always found a way to help me immediately to stay hearing.The reception staff are always so helpful and accommodating when finding appointment times and the right accessories when I need to buy them, as well as being very nice and super efficient.This Clinic is situated in the Hearing Hub at Macquarie University, and supports Post Graduate Students undertaking their Masters programs in Speech and Hearing. Went there a couple of months ago to check my son's hearing after him having an ear infection for a few times. I was so pleased with the service! Dr Fiona and two students were assessing my son's hearing. They were not rushing as normally I feel like doctors want me out as soon I enter their room, although I pay decent money for those visits at specialists. Here I could feel as we were from the Royal family, treated so nicely and kindly. Thank you and keep up! The reception ladies were also nice and I got a call to visit them earlier as someone had a cancellation for that time.

Today (Aug 19th) we were very disappointed by the rude and inhuman action of one of the Clinic's Audiologists Craig Salmon. We were late in attending our scheduled appointment time of 2:45pm by approx 30 or so minutes. At 2:56pm I rang and spoke to one of the Clinic's Reception staff informing them that due to GPS navigational issues of being unable to identify the Clinic's address of 16 University Ave Macquarie University correctly, we were litally taken for a ride by the GPS by needing to drive around the block numerous times unnecessarily.Upon our arrival, the Clinic's Reception Staff told us that Craig Salmon (even though he was not consulting with another patient) will not meet with us due to our late arrival. We explained the situation again to her and strongly reminded the staff member that on our previous consultation with Salmon on July 22nd, the Audiologist ran late himself with our scheduled appointment time by 25 or so minutes. We told them that it is give and take"

This practice has implemented good changes to make appointment expectations more realistic and improved info on parking. The audiologist worked hard with my 5 year old to ensure a positive testing experience. Thank you.

Mistakes made in reprogramming my hearing aides, fitted the wrong wax filters in the aides and the provider details on the invoice were incorrect. Appalling service.
