SJJA Caloundra

I went into SJJA Caloundra for my trial and was instantly greeted by the happiest person ever in professor Maverick, and instantly knew this was the place that I would love to train jujitsu. Maverick has a coaching style that is clear and easy to understand. I would highly recommend SJJA Caloundra to anyone who is interested in starting or continuing their journey in jujitsu.

I have been trying to get my mates keen to start training Ju-Jitsu with me but could not get it organised so decided to do it myself.I am so glad that I did, Maverick and Maria are so incredibly welcoming, after my first free lesson I knew this was the place for me.It is a fantastic mix of respect, technique and guidance. Everyone I have met so far has been so helpful to a beginner like me.If you are a bit nervous like me in taking that first step I would highly recommend SJJA, you will be blown away by the atmosphere and the way Maverick is able to explain technique and structure lessons in a fun and informative way.I am at the start of a very long and difficult road training and honestly can not wait to improve under someone like Maverick.

Excellent black belt coach, bright and spacious gym. Me and my partner had the trial class and it blew our minds. Best jiujitsu gym in town. Definitely coming back again and high recommend it!
