Jeeves Dry Cleaners

Have been happy with regular dry cleaning services here however DO NOT take your leather clothing here to be cleaned. I dropped off 2 pairs trousers and they have been ruined. I can no longer wear them, I used to take them to Blue White in Crows Nest and they cleaned them beautifully, leather remained butter soft. Jeeves have shrunk them and the leather is hard and wrinkled. I am so disappointed and it cost me $260. No apologies when I collected. I understand the risks with leather however have had much better experience at other cleaners. Both trousers were over $1000 each. I'm writing this as a warning to other customers in regards to their leather services.

I brought my jacket to Jeeves for dry cleaning. They have done an excellent job and handling my jacket with care. The price was way more decent than I expected. The staff were friendly and understanding.

Had a fantastic experience very fast service. Problem stain was completely removed and repairs done as well all in a timely manor. Couldn't recommend dry cleaners highly enough. They also clean my dog's beds as well which are quite large and too bulky for home washing. I forgot to pay but was reminded in a very polite phone call thanks for your fantastic customer service

I am beyond impressed with the quality of Jeeves dry cleaners! I have been using Jeeves for just under a year now, and cannot fault them on their service. I had initially entered Jeeves in mid 2022, as after the massive rains Sydney encountered I had a great deal of bedding and other bulky items that had accumulated mould. The team at Jeeves did a fantastic job in removing the mould, on top of this, when I expressed concern that it may be a few weeks until I could pick the items up (as I don't always have access to a car) Jeeves very kindly offered to deliver my items straight to my door, Free of charge.Since then I have used Jeeves free pick up and delivery service almost every week, and each time my garments are returned in flawless condition.If you are looking for a dry cleaners that goes above and beyond, then look no further!

**** WARNING **** DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER **** WARNING ****Please avoid this dry cleaner. My wife had an expensive Gown custom made for our wedding. We left it in the care of Jeeves to be professionally cleaned and preserved. We were advised that the service would be completed in one month. It was returned to us over 5 months later and was ruined beyond repair. The irreversible damage was caused by the incompetence and inexperience of the entire business particularly the owner, Kevin. They advertise and claim to be expert dry cleaners specializing in wedding Gowns, however we discovered them to be grossly incapable and unprofessional. Jeeves displayed little knowledge, experience and appropriate skills required to undertake the cleaning and preservation of delicate items, especially wedding gowns. Kevin reluctantly accepted responsibility for the damage, however refused to compensate my wife and I for the damage his negligence had caused. He prompted us to take legal action through the tribunal and he eventually agreed to pay a very small portion of our claim. Throughout the entire 16-month ordeal, Jeeves or Kevin never apologized to my wife and I for what they had caused. I would never use this business again. Jeeves is a disgrace to the dry-cleaning industry and should be shut down and any future business can go to hard working merchants who have the education, skill and professionalism to undertake this specialist service. **** DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER EVER!!!! **** AVOID **** STAY AWAY **** DO NOT USE ****

Highly recommend these dry cleaners for a consistently professional service. I have been using their services for many years and have always been happy with the result.

We have been using this very reliable dry cleaner for 10 years. We have never had an issue with their cleaning and there is a quick turnaround on items. We mostly use for weekly shirt laundering, but do use for the occasional dry cleaning of suits or blankets. We love the convenience of the after hours drop-off and pick-up (though would be good to be able to pay through the machine).

I gave them my hiking boots to do the deep cleaning and asked if they could do it. They said yes, they could clean my shoes, but they messed up as one of the boot laces got torn. They held it for another few days and bought me a new lace but of course not the same quality as the original one. The boot was still dirty and not cleaned properly. I asked for a refund, but they said we got you the new lace, and they didn't refund me. My sister also had a bad experience as her jacket was still dirty and looked like they even didn't touch it. She had to ask them to do the laundry again. I don't recommend this place at all. They shouldn't accept the work if they are unsure about doing it.

The ownee has no customer service. They didnot deliver my clothes back to my house, when i txt and made enquiries they didnot respond. I wrote that i am not happy with service. Rather than improving the service the owner has removed me from the service. When i called recently he said because you owe us money. This was a big lie as i went to their shop to pock up my undelivered clothes and his wife said nothing. My card statement shows deduction too.!! When i objected to his claim then he said ohhh because u txted that not being happy. I said because u didnot deliver my clothes and didnot respond.If a business owner cannot hear a feedaback and improve then better shut the door..!!Also another time they took my white shirt and came back in grey. Yet charged me inspite of ruining my expensive shirt.Not professional.Dont use them.

I started using Jeeves dry cleaners over a year ago after trying out a shopper docket on the back of my Coles receipt and couldn't be happier. They do a fantastic weekly pick up and return on my husband's shirts and the occasional bag wash. They try hard and in over a year have not had any issues. I love their 24 hour pick up and drop off box.
