I spoke with Jeff from Johnson's real estate in Birkdale over the period of a year, checking in with him periodically. Recently We decided to sell our home of 20 years. Jeff was a great help selling our home. He helped us with advice on preparing the house for sale. (We took 2 weeks to get it ready.) Jeff had the photography done and the website listing up and running within a week. He answered all our questions and gave us very good advice on things like pricing strategy. He is very accommodating, for example we didn't want to have a for sale sign out front. Jeff made contact every couple of days to update us, had our house under contract within a week and achieved a price well over his reserve price. Jeff guided us from deciding to sell our home to settelment day of our contract. He is currently advising us on buying our next home. So happy we found Jeff. October 2012 we bought our first home. We wanted to rescue a dog so it made sense to buy a house. If more real estates were like Jeff Cannon and the team at johnon real estate the industry would have a much better reputation.We recently purchased our first home through Jeff and he was AMAZING. On inspection day he let us go about our own devices, even though we turned up towards the end of the open for inspection window, but was also available for any questions we had about the property.After a few days we were ready to put an offer in and Jeff took the time to come and see us and guide us through the entire process.The team at johnson was incredible in making someone available for follow up pest inspections and further building inspections.Couldnt be happier thanks to Jeff and the team at johnsons
