Chris was extremely friendly & helpful with getting my breaks pads & rotors replaced at a reasonable price. As a female, I often feel mechanics over quote or push to have services that are not required. Not once did I have this issue with Chris & the team.

I made a booking for 9am on Saturday. My booking was confirmed with an email. When I arrived there on time the place was closed. I've waited for a while and called all related numbers that I've found. No one answered. There is no general call center that I reach out and explain the situation. Definitely the most unprofessional service that I got in my life..

Very disappointing experience. Did not call me at any stage to quote on work or parts required before starting the work. Called me twice to tell me my car would be ready that day only to find it wasn't ready when arriving at the shop. Had my car for about a week more than necessary then tried then expected me to pay an arm and a leg for work I wasn't quoted on. Only decent thing done was taking a small portion of the initial price of as compensation.Would not recommend nor use ever again.
