NEVER WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY APOLLO BLINDS Plantation Shutters.I have been waiting since October 2021 & it is now March 2022. First installation of the first Plantation Shutter they installed was bowed & it fitted at the bottom & 6ml out at the top & the young bloke said well I can fill it with filler & I said no it’s a brand new home, left my husband to deal with is disgrace & the young bloke measured all the rest of the Plantation Shutters (6) in total & they were all out. Since then Kathryn & Zac have left the company & I wonder why.They are (Kimberley) now saying this week but waiting on the list to arrive to let you know. If they don’t fit properly this time I want a full refund & will never deal with this company again & spread the word.

Used Apollo several times in the past always excellent product and serviceHowever things seem to have changed. Now absolutely terrible service been waiting nearly two weeks for a quote for quite a substantial order. Called several times to check progress. No explanation no return contact just left hanging - definitely no satisfaction with this company and will definitely not use or recommend them ever.

Terrible experience. We used this company after our first experience was fine. It took 3 lots of installations over the period of early September to late December to finally get all the blinds actually installed. The first installations resulted in about a 1/3 of our blinds installed as the rest didn't fit, weren't the blind we ordered or didn't have the right bracket. There was no communication after the stuff up between the installer and office and no one bothered to contact us to try and sort it out. When you call up the person they direct you to is not available consistently. After the second installation we were still missing the day part of one of the day and night blinds despite there being a double bracket installed. Another 2 days before anyone could tell us what was going on. Somehow the day blind hasn't made it on to the qoute and we have to go through the process of ordering again. Whilst they gave us a discount on the blind we spent more hours chasing the company up. You can't reach the person you need to talk to when there is a stuff up but rest assured that person is certainly available when it comes to chasing you up and being rude and abrupt about the consequences if you don't pay days before they have told you the invoice is due. Seriously go somewhere else.

Absolutely disgraceful service. Don't bother to return calls. We paid over 5000 for blinds and they didn't even supply all the parts, so now have to wait for a controller for something we ordered over 2 months ago.I recommend you go somewhere else. We would never use these people again and recommend you go elsewhere.

Very disappointed. After being told 4 weeks I waited just shy of 4 months to receive my shutters. Then they were finally installed and it is clear the measurements were not correct as I now have a line around the outside. For how expensive and timely they were I definitely would not recommend this company.

We ordered a full house of blinds.When they turned up to install them, they had the wrong brackets.We were told this would be rectified within a few days.One week later, not hearing anything back I called to find out what the holdup was, then the blame game started, I was told I had to call the warehouse in Silverwater Sydney (Who packed the wrong brackets) to follow up, they don't answer the phone.There appears to be no consequences for businesses these days, it's just tough luckgreat customer service NOT.

These people could not get their act together to attend an appointment to provide a quote. After 3 attempts of them firstly, not showing up and then chopping and changing the appointment time I decided to move on and engage another supplier. I met with Franklyns, who turned up at the agreed time on the agreed day, quoted and secured the job. I asked for the Managing Director's name at Apollo as I wanted to provide some genuine feedback but the receptionist refused to give me his full details..... so here you go Rob, your service is short of satisfactory.

I had Leslie install my shutters yesterday. They have changed the whole interior of our tired rooms into modern looking rooms. The difference is outstanding. Leslie was efficient and polite. Thank you Leslie for your work in the extreme heat yesterday. Annie Bli Bli

Appalling service. I paid upfront and they had to come put 3 times to fix their mistakes. They cut the blinds the wrong size, then came out and removed some blinds to cut them to the right size, leaving me with no blinds up. Then when they came back out the blinds were too short! So they had to come back again. I waited 6 months for the blinds to finally be completed and they really gave me the brush off. Now the blinds are up but the blind cords are so loosely attached to the wall everytime the wind blows they bang the wall. I told them about this but they did not fix it. I do not recommend Apollo Blinds at all!

WORST COMPANY EVERWe ordered 3 roller blinds with pattern.Two blinds sitting side by side, patterns didn’t match, upside down and different starting points,At first Apollo Blinds were willing to reverse one blind, only to renege on that offer.Apollo Blinds onsite inspection, the only way to make good was to remake one of the blinds,( this should have happened in first place, and were very apologetic)3 weeks later we receive email, as the contract didn’t specify that the blinds should match, they weren’t prepared to rectify.Had the pattern been say teddy bears it would be okay to have them upside down, unless specified in a contract. I say bull to that.I think a normal person would presume that 3 blinds ordered on the same day with same pattern would have been made the same.Worst company ever, go else where
