Hubby works away, leaving me and the little one alone most of the time and I was not safe with a non functioning garage door. Within just a few hours, Tony arranged ?Drew? To come out and replace the dead motor, key all the remotes (including an extra one!) In lightning speed, with 100% professionalism, excellent workmanship, a demo and explanation of how to use all the buttons including how to operate in a power outage. If you need high quality products, excellent workmanship and friendly customer service, do not look any further!

There a few companies that provide good old fashioned CUSTOMER SERVICE & REPAIRS!Ryan firstly assisted us on the phone on a Sunday then was at our place first thing Monday morning as promised.He then swiftly & thoroughly repaired & serviced our garage door.He also explained how the breakdown occurred & how he was going about to repair for us.He was done within the hour & cleaned up after himself too!Will be recommending this company to everyone.

Our garage door stopped working on Saturday. I found Ryan from Professional Garage Door Services on the Internet (due to our regular service company letting us down). He was amazing and was able to come out to help us within the hour.He replaced our motor and had everything working really fast.Such a professional job. I cannot recommend Professional Garage Door Services enough – with Ryan being everything you could want in a tradesperson. When my garage door opener appeared to have died, I called a couple of companies & was given simply a replacement cost. However when I called & spoke with Ryan, he spent 10 minutes talking me through different ways to check if it was indeed a problem with the opener & not an electrical issue within or around my house. Who does that?!There was absolute transparency about the installation process and cost & everything was delivered as discussed. To put it simply – Ryan’s just really good at his job! so if, like me, you’re hit with an unexpected repair or replacement of your garage door opener, my advice would be to just call PGDS – you won’t need to make a second call.

Was due to service my garage door today but never turned up. Nothing Professional" about this company. Couldn't give me the courtesy call or contact of any sort. Clearly there is no business acumen. You have to wonder what their workmanship would be like
